We want your shopping experience to be a satisfying one. We are fully committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure that you are happy with every aspect of your order.

Returns Policy
Unless a product is defective, we do not offer refunds or returns due to custom orders.
To help us eliminate any sort of return request, please follow the simple steps listed below:

1) Ensure the measurements you provide at the quoting stage are correct and of the correct orientation.
2) Be sure to review the quote measurements.
3) Review the provided images of the box’s dimensions provided with the quote.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us immediately at contact@colpro.store.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for the fastest service.

Colpro.store inspects all protectors before shipping, if any protectors are damaged upon opening the package, please contact us or the shipping service provided to request a refund or replacement.

Damaged Items During Folding
If your order is damaged in the process of folding, please notify us immediately at contact@colpro.store.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for the fastest service.  If the fault occurs due to manufacturing errors, we will replace your protector.
