Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Colpro.store (Previously Collectors Protectors.)
The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitutes our delivery policy.
1. Processing your order
Once we receive your dimensions, a quote will be put together with postage costs included.
2. Dispatch Process Time
Once production is complete (1-2 weeks), all orders are dispatched within 24 – 48 hours on standard business days (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, excluding public holidays).
We will contact you if there are any delays.
3. Carriers
We use the following carrier to deliver our orders.
Australia Post
When your order is completed, you will receive a Tracking Number from Australia Post.
You can check the location of your order anytime by visiting Australia Post and entering the
details provided.
Couriers Please
When packages are too large for Australia post we may organise Couriers Please to deliver the package.
When your order is completed, you will receive a Tracking Number.
Depending on the order, we may have to pre-fold part of your order to fit within the parcel size.
Orders may need to be split and separate postage applied to each parcel.
4. International Orders
International orders are most often sent with Australia Post (Standard) with an averaging delivery time of 15-20 Business Days.
International orders have a limited parcel size of 1050mm Length and 1400mm Girth [G = (W+H) x 2], up to 20kg.
Depending on the order, we may have to pre-fold part of your order to fit within the parcel size.
Orders may need to be split and separate postage applied to each parcel.
Australia Post International Postage cost seems vary depending on location.
It tends to average between AUD $20 – $80
You (the customer) is responsible for all import fee’s and tariff’s if they occur.
International orders cannot be placed via the web-store, however we can still accommodate your order via contacting us on our contact page or by emailing us directly at contact@colpro.store.
5. Missing Orders
If your order does not arrive, please contact us at contact@colpro.store
Please provide your order number, name, and delivery details and we will lodge an investigation with our delivery service provider.
6. Order pickup
Currently pickup is not available.
